What’s included

Monthly support can include advice by email or phone, document reviews and updates, help with risk assessments and RAMS, support following incidents, and guidance on practical actions. The level of support depends on the tier you choose.

If you have upcoming changes such as new staff, a new activity, or a new premises, monthly support helps you deal with it properly without starting from scratch each time.

Two tiers available

We offer two monthly tiers depending on how much support you need.

Tier 1 – Core Support

This tier suits businesses that need occasional advice and basic document support to stay on track.

Tier 2 – Extended Support

This tier suits businesses that want more regular input, more document work, and ongoing guidance as the business changes.

We’ll help you choose the right tier based on your business and the level of support you actually need.

Who this is for

Monthly support suits small to medium UK businesses that want practical help without employing an in-house health and safety adviser. It’s commonly used by retail and trade counters, offices, warehousing and logistics, and small businesses that are growing and need their compliance kept under control.

If you only need a one-off piece of work, we can support that too. Monthly support is not required.

How it works

You book a short call or send an enquiry and we agree the right tier and cost upfront. Once set up, you can contact Safework UK when you need support and we’ll respond with clear next steps. Document updates are managed throughout the month based on what you need and the agreed tier.

There are no long contracts. If your needs change, the support can be adjusted.
